Design Realised - from design to done
You have the design—now you want someone to make it happen.
Design Realised is my complete project-delivery service for clients who want their transformation managed from start to finish. I can source and coordinate trusted painters, decorators and practical handyman support, as well as recommend additional specialists such as carpenters, upholsterers and landscape gardeners when required.
Some projects involve many different trades, suppliers and decisions. Acting as your design consultant and project manager, I organise schedules, coordinate the people involved, manage communication and keep everything moving in the right direction.
Projects often evolve once work begins. I remain close to the detail throughout, responding to challenges, making considered design decisions and adapting the plan where necessary—without losing sight of the overall vision.
I can also help you decide where it is worth investing, where suitable alternatives can be found and how to avoid expensive mistakes. You have one point of contact and the reassurance that every element is being brought together thoughtfully, while you enjoy seeing the transformation take shape.
Bespoke quotation
Your bespoke quotation will clearly set out my design, coordination and project-management fee. Materials, furnishings, deliveries, specialist services and trade costs are quoted separately.
Design support - £60 per hour
