I hadn’t realised how much the clutter around me reflected where I was mentally. Life had been full—small child, busy job, a dog, and a challenging couple of years. When my mum visited, she gently pointed out what I couldn’t see for myself and suggested I get in some help. At first, I was cross and defensive.
Eventually, I agreed to work with Heather to tackle it—and I’m so glad I did.
Now, the space feels lighter, calmer, and more manageable. I can come home, relax, and focus on the things that matter—like spending quality time with my daughter—without the constant mental pull of clutter. It’s amazing how much a clearer space can shift how you feel.
